Decking an area of your garden has been a very popular trend among home-owners in recent years as they act as an outdoor extension of our homes, thus allowing us to actually use our gardens when the sun comes out! A deck does require a certain amount of upkeep though as copious amounts of wet and windy weather can leave the wood looking tired or mouldy. Mould on your deck can make it slippy and dangerous so the first thing I recommend you do is clean it.
