I have recently started learning about yoga and spiritual healing and I want to introduce it into my home in the way of feng shui. I have heard that it is very good for healing and relaxation so I want to start with my bedroom as I am not a very good sleeper and feel that elements of feng shui may help. Do you have any recommendation on how best to introduce feng shui into my bedroom?

My mother is getting quite old and my husband and I have decided that it’s best she come and live with us because she’s not as steady on her feet anymore. We have a spare room that used to be a nursery but our little boy has moved into a bigger room now. The room is brightly coloured so we want something that is more suited to a mature woman in her 70s. What would you recommend?

My daughter and son both moved to the United States to settle last year and my husband and I decided to revamp our empty nest. We created a master bedroom from their two bedrooms and also added an ensuite. The new room looks amazing but has very little light throughout the day. We have yet to decide on flooring, furniture or even a colour scheme. Do you have any suggestions for this blank canvas?
