Prepare to paint - interior walls and ceilings
If you’re painting new plaster, seal the surface by using a coat of primer diluted with up to 10% of clean water. Stir your primer thoroughly before use and apply nice and evenly using a brush or roller (a medium pile roller is recommended for smooth surfaces). Two coats will be required over stubborn stains.
